Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Please review the following return, replacement, and refund terms carefully before raising a request. This policy explains eligibility, timelines, approved cases, and important conditions for Stone Oil products.

Eligibility for Return / Replacement (5–7 Days Window)

You may request a return or replacement within 5 to 7 days from the date of delivery in the following cases:

  • The product was damaged during transit
  • You received a wrong product
  • The product has leakage or severe packaging damage
  • The product is visibly defective upon delivery
Conditions:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
All original labels, seals, and invoices must be intact.
Clear photo/video evidence must be provided at the time of request.

Return Policy for Product Sensitivity or Allergic Reaction (Up to 21 Days)

We understand that individual skin or body reactions may vary.

If you experience any irritation, allergy, or adverse skin reaction, you may request a return within 21 days of delivery, subject to the following:

  • The product must not be excessively used (reasonable usage only)
  • You must provide a clear explanation of the issue
  • Photographic evidence (if applicable)
  • Our team may request additional details for assessment
Note: Each case will be reviewed individually, and approval is subject to internal quality evaluation.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or fully used products (except approved reaction cases)
  • Products returned due to change of mind
  • Personal preference or dissatisfaction after use (without valid issue)
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
